He is also a consultant for Chattooga Ridge which continues that same standard of excellence and offers condominium living that cannot be compared with any other.
Scott Rooth, also a consultant for Chattooga Ridge, is a true pioneer of the real estate industry in Western North Carolina. His firm, Rooth and Associates, was founded in 1981 and continues to meet the needs of countless individuals and industries. Scott is one of very few people who holds the distinction of having a Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM) designation, which provides him with unsurpassed knowledge of brokerage, investment, and feasibility in the commercial markets.
Ken Fernandez, owner and Broker In Charge of Buyers’ Only represents that of an exclusive Buyer’s Agency.
